WarmSpot（暖暖佔位，以下稱「本遊戲」）由 BTStudio 開發與提供。

• 關卡星數、圖鑑、成就、湯幣、裝飾與遊戲設定（語言、音量等）。
• 這些資料只存在你的裝置上，我們不會上傳到自己的伺服器，也無法讀取。刪除 App 即會一併刪除。

• Level stars, collection, achievements, coins, decorations and settings (language, volume, etc.).
• This data stays on your device. We do not upload it to our own servers and cannot access it. Deleting the app deletes it.

本遊戲使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告，並使用 Google User Messaging Platform 在適用地區取得同意。依你的裝置設定、所在地區與同意選擇，Google 可能處理裝置或廣告識別碼、廣告互動、大致位置（依 IP 推估）、當機與效能等診斷資訊，用於提供廣告、衡量成效及防止詐欺。

本遊戲要求非個人化廣告，且不會請求 Apple「App 追蹤透明度」（ATT）權限，不會跨 App 或網站追蹤你。你可以在遊戲「設定 → 廣告隱私設定」重新檢視選擇。Google 如何使用資料，請參閱 Google 合作夥伴網站／應用程式資料使用方式。

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. Depending on your device settings, region and consent choices, Google may process device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location (inferred from IP), and crash and performance diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.

The Game requests non-personalized ads and does not ask for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. You can revisit your choices in the Game under Settings → Ad privacy. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

看廣告換提示或回溫完全由你選擇。不看廣告也能完成所有關卡。

Watching an ad for a hint or extra warmth is always optional. Every level can be completed without ads.

本遊戲適合一般大眾，但並非以 13 歲以下兒童為主要對象，我們也不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。若你認為兒童透過本遊戲提供了個人資料，請與我們聯絡。

The Game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed primarily at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us.

依所在地法律，你可能有查詢、更正、刪除、限制或反對處理及撤回同意的權利。裝置上的資料可直接刪除 App 清除；廣告相關請求可透過遊戲內的廣告隱私設定或聯絡我們。

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. On-device data can be erased by deleting the app; for advertising-related requests use the in-game ad privacy settings or contact us.
